A 'one too many' dilemma...

Today, Shoko recalled a radio programme in which there was a story of a flight from Fukuoka to Haneda, which had to return to the airport building from the taxi-way when it was discovered that there was one more passenger than seats !
It seems to have been a mix of human and computer error, in which one seat was booked for two people, as it turns out a father and son.
