2024 Olympic bids

Baseball, softball and karate won't be included in the 2024 Olympics, but two upcoming activities are bidding to become recognised as mainstream sports; breakdancing and climbing.
Breakdancing is extremely skillful and closest to gymnastic disciplines, though freestyle.
How would it be judged given that individual styles vary? 
What sport(s) do you think should be included in the Games that are not currently?
